The info you posted is management parading its mission statement. Management wants to impress unhappy shareholders with amazing growth numbers, that are all contingent to " strong indications from current customers". Not one mention of a new customer?? To answer your last question, management's (weird) statement "if growth is maintained below 70% (management has) no requirements for new capital" is something you will have to ask management to clarify. Sorry!
