Nevertheless , as in Canada , even Murdoch doesn't have the poser to sway the power of the highest Courts in the land and the decision's they hand down. And if you've followed any of the cases handed down by the Quebec Superior Courts .....particularly in the commercial sphere of things , you would know that nobody would have the power to ' Order ' them or the Government to do anything.
