Expansion of the Board is on the cards. The topic has been raised in the most recent presentation and interviews.
BM said that two board members will be added.
What I have liked about VRX is they have kept the headcount to a minimum over the past 3 or 4 years, neither do they pay over the top boardroom wages. Drain on capital has been minimal from that viewpoint.

However, with VRX approaching the final stages of preparation,now is the time to strengthen the boardroom skills.
This is not a sign of weakness, on the contrary, it is sending a signal to the market that VRX are ready to gear up for the big time.
I definitely think a mining operations manager and a logistics/freight manager to focus on rail, shipping and port would be good additions. BM could still sit as MD in overall charge. Maybe one of the boardroom positions will come from a strategic off-take partner or our secretive European investment house?
