Absolutely highly illiquid. The fact is they won't get any liquidity into the Company and you are quite right - what's the point of running this business on the ASX. And the feeling I get is that with the limited reporting and no road mapping, they are simply not interested in making it more liquid and are happy to run this business in a very basic nature.
They will be debt free by the end of this quarter and will conceivably has a minimum of 10 Million in the bank by the end of the June next Year on current efforts.
What's the future - who knows... Dividends, Diversification, Nothing - buy out the other 2% and become a private company. The only way to increase the SP will be to pay a 10 cent dividend and the small amount of shares that are really available may be sought after up to $2 for a 5% yield. I will say, that is an unlikely, pie in the sky statement.
However my view is that we have no future in share price appreciation without a dividend if they don't diversify and grow.
