Further to the above, I think that IO is a bit like Oil was during the 1970's - it was central to the world economy but significantly underpriced. By the end of the decade it was fairly priced reflecting its central importance in the world economy and its supply constraints. Sounds very familiar to me. I hope I am correct.
I also hope to live long enough to see my theory truly become realised. Melbourne is a difficult place to live at the best of times. But lock down, with our gov that couldn't organise an orgy at a toga party in ancient greece, can't even set up an on line booking system for CV jabs - my local library has a booking system to access the computer to use the internet, but these over paid public servants typically only work 9 -5 and would never survive in the private sector... Why they allow people from over seas ( in hot spot countries ) to wonder into the country without being vaccinatied is just crazy. Democracy is wonderfulllll but it might just kill you. Oh no we don't want to tell people what to do. We need to respect there right to say no even if it kills thousands of people... Stupidity.
