What is the cost of converting a T of ore into pellets? Do you get 1T of pellets per T of ore?
What is the margin after you allow for this extra cost?
Surely it’s a bit simplistic to just look at margins without looking at the extra processing costs? You might as well crow about the margins on a car being so much higher again so we all should be investing in car manufacturers.
