The partial boycott (all the pundits think it's on the cards only if China had the means to) will start after the 2025 steel industry plan. The comprehensive NDRC statement is already 2 weeks old. That's the more important thing to your holdings and your ultimate decision to whether jump now or take a punt to see if the CCP is simply calling us bluff. A week or two won't change the outcome.
