This is, if not already, moving rapidly beyond the control of Paul Burton & John Elkington to contain.
There is very little visible community opposition to this project, but 'we will sue the NTEPA into approving our project next to Darwin City' would quickly change that.
I don't know what should happen next, but damage control is in order & there are substantial shareholders who would know what should.
Regardless, 6 years wasted time, massive opportunity cost elsewhere & belief smashed that Australia could value add to our resources with technology developed here, gone.
