The cases still subject to litigation are not in the provisioning .
You always say you are going to win , you provision when you have lost or announce you will settle.
The provisioning relates to stuff they know about, like the indemnity for resolution life from memory.
The reference to bolr in the provisioning is chicken scratchings that doesn't have anything to do with the litigation.
So, how much do you think they should pay to settle the advisors' claims?
