Figured as much. That means they have been in there buying for the whole of June and now have > 10% of issued stock.
Note that 3 days they have nominated as buying were the 23/06, 24/06 and 25/06 which were the days price tested 90c ish. There is no doubt these are net figures for each of these days and I must say their effort of driving the price down was not particularly successful - netting very few shares. Yesterday was simply a buying frenzy by them.
I guarantee they were in there today again - the depth game is now their signature IMO. They do not have to declare again until they accumulate another 1.17 million. I wonder how many they want and what their game is?
Very happy seeing substantials increasing as it reduces free float.
