I should clarify that of course costs are very relevent. I am of the opinion that a properly structured ETS will sned the correct pricing signals to the market and totally price fossuil fuels out to the equation. I am also of the opinion that there are enough renewable technologies around to warrant a migration from fossil fuels to renewables without the need to go nuclear, but that's just my own opinion.
