    if they were sub underwriters then they bought the shares cause they had to -you can hope all you want for some cryptic message but it is purely a case of the "tail risk" of underwriter - fyi - i got out a long time ago - i still watch just in case, but i now can fully see that this is sad story and we all were taken along
