I said "all of their entitlements" the announcement is pretty clear that neither of the directors, Mulligan or Cunningham have decided to do this.
@Croc-file I believe Allan did require to sell shares to Mike Elliot (mike's wife) to pay his tax obligations, (2020) Wasn't this a due to the options he was granted by shareholders ?
Why do you think he is yet to determine if he is intending to take up any of his holding, Andrew Cunningham is atleast intending to take up part, I wonder why he isn't taking up all of his. It is only $24k. Or around 10% of his annual remuneration.
I believe you would call this a massive red flag,
