All the information they have provided could easily have been made available to the marjet after the offer was closed.
The detailed description of two possible scenarios where different amounts were raised, also deserve recognition from existing shareholders. Makes it simple to determine where their main prioritie is. Lindi full funding a foregone conclusion and only two minor steps away IMO. DYOR.
