You would be correct. Gleneagle combines fundamentals with chart technicals in their recommendations. I am doing really well off their recommendations, but ofcourse DYOR.
I believe the initial target price is much higher than 36 cents, that would just be an initial line of resistance and could possible spring off that very aggressively. DYOR ofcourse.
