You can be skeptical on the CR. As I said before, there are a few very very good reasons on why LJ want to raise the capital:
1) Yes as per the Mar qtr, cash will be very very tight and therefore the need to have some slack just in case.
2) The extra cash will open up the chance to fast track the exploration front. Without this cash, time will be lost and time is of greatest asset one can have in this game of gold mining especially in a time of the expect coming gold bull run. Waiting for cash from the operations is just too time-wasting. Here is the propositions:
a) Want a big jump in Share Price at the expense of a transient slide in SP? What about delivering some good exploration result (IF)
b) Ordinary jump in Share Price? Wait for DCN to become proficient in gold production
Anytime I will take proposal a) as it is transient if the exploration strikes gold.

I hope that you don't buy into the above rationale. As some may just say that this is just a Disallowed sale pitch!

Sorry @Greenflint.. I posted an answer yesterday..
Production are hitting there targets BUT keeping the Ore up to the mill is an issue.
