I have to say I was very skeptical of any class action getting legs because of all the wide-ranging disclaimers put in the prospectus, but this latest downgrade (which shouldn’t really surprise me given they often come in threes, but it still did) has changed my tune. It’s amazing how misleading that prospectus was. Thank my lucky stars I somehow missed seeing it when it first listed. I feel very sorry for holders, if you’re still in it from before February I think you really are wasting your time (and remaining capital).
This company will quite possibly go down in ASX history as the epic IPO failure... barring a miracle turnaround under completely new leadership.
