Then why did Michael Gunner (Labour) sign 2x letters to TNG and 2x PFAs which both clearly show support for the Middle Arm location and an state commitment to supporting TNG to expeditiously progressthe approvals phase???
IMO Michael Gunner has to step in, mediate and sort this mess out given the below information previously provided/signed by him with TNG.
