We still don't know this is a cap raise but let's weigh this up:

We all know WZR is undervalued so if they raise now we know it's at a discount.
The SP has increased somewhat so at least the company is raising at a premium and not raising at the lows.
They are well positioned to put a positive spin on this and have it fully subscribed provided the price is right.

Remember this is a lending company and in order to grow they need a certain percentage of equity to back their book, with the explosion of the book size it also necessitates a growing of equity and there will always be a lag between equity and book growth.
