Have now. Very interesting. Seems like Portugal is very progressive these days. They have also decriminalised drugs in the last 8 years and have seen an overall reduction in crime and drug use. Something I've been banging on about for years but the reactionaries and the recalcitrants won't have a bar of it. Not relevant to ORE of course. :-)
