Just remember that it was not Niv who was selling when you thought but mainly three other Top 20, none of whom also were the directors as someone else suggested . Don't know whether he has since the entitlement offer occurred but to be honest I sold some of my holdings to pay for the offer and at least lock in 100 plus per cent premium to the 1 cent offer. Remember also as I read it, that any shortfall in the offer has apparently been covered though not offically underwritten. Risk/reward I'll still hang around and see what happens with TYM. Even with the new offer at these levels and with the money in the bank, it'll be one hell of a ride but they are in the right space at the right time with the renewables aspect of the business. Shame management didn't entice me to keep all my shares and take up the offer fully with their IMO pathethic sell of the offer ie no information of real substance. Maybe news may be forth coming???
