I've been feeling pretty dire about TNG since last week, and if there's delays of 12 months again then accountability lies right at the top.
My feeing today though is that if they can deliver the FEED in the next month or so, then I want to see that before I make my final judgements.
If the FEED does not get done then it's pretty damn obvious PB owes the shareholders his resignation and an apology.
If the FEED is delivered with product guarantees (and without major capex blowouts), then I'll wait another 12 months for the EIS.
