Hi, I am new to HGO and only looking into it for the first time today. From what I understand from today's announcement, HGO will receive $171,986,050 cash for their interest in ESG 'by no later than Monday, 20 July 2009.' Is this correct?
In 17 days HGO will no matter what receive $172m cash? Yet their market cap at current prices is only around $100m? I have read they have other assets/projects/etc and have no idea of their valuation but surely if what I have written above is correct they are severely undervalued? I haven't even taken into account the potential 'additional payment' from Santos.
