    ROTFL. I've spoken to the former Chief Engineer of a state roads department. One of my closest friends spent over 30 years as an engineering project manager on oil and gas mega projects. The reality is completely disconnected from the holders beliefs.

    Here's the reality:

    - Design engineers design. They have zero influence on the actual concrete purchased (other than stating the required specification).

    - Purchasing decisions are made by Cost Engineers and accountants aka 'MBAs', The only thing they are interested in is the cost.

    - The lowest tender by an approved supplier always wins.

    - Concrete is a cheap commodity product - it only has to meet the minimum specifications.

    - Most engineers have no real interest in concrete other than it being safe and cost effective.

    - In 99% of cases a 'standard' mix from a local supplier is used. Typically over 1000 'standard' mixes are in the catalogue.

    - If engineers want a special mix they consult the Big Concrete companies for technical advice.

    - Nobody wants to take risks on 'novel' products (aka those that have been used for less than about 20 years). It often >50 years for a new concrete technology to become mainstream. (Eg geopolymers are still considered novel in Western countries after 70 years).

    - Big companies generally do not deal with small companies for any critical product or service. [n fact it usually prohibited by the risk management policy.]

    So all the claims from holders about engineers 'demanding' to use Edencrete is just absolute bollocks. It is really nothing more than a novel product from a tiny company. It will requires many more years of testing before CNT admixtures are mainstream. When/if it does happen it will almost certainly be huge companies like Sika and BASF that are supplying the product.
