I wouldn't blame Macquarie. The price and valuation was too high and forecast was bad.
Everyone has a chance to do their research, but they didn't, fell for the hype and now there's capital destruction. Nuix decided to go public as soon as they found a one-off growth in yearly revenues.
Macquarie was also the underwriter.
More bad news is coming.
