The European property loans are derisked now with no recourse to VPG.
That's why I just bought in .. i think the Asia Pacific properties will fair a lot better than the European ones - I was previously concerned with the European properties.
And VPG will still benefit from the potential upside in Europe down the track.
Meanwhile it can still enjoy a nice income from its AUM business in Europe plus whatever extra properties the DUKE and Bank of Scotland deal will bring its way.
As I said the AUM Europe business has expanded to include DUKE and the Bank of Scotland properties... a bonus.
