have you heard of Big UN...or even better MUS and the disappearing $50 mil ruby, yes it's all too common..ASIC aren't going to protect you..it's up to due diligence and common sense...if this em1 does go belly up disgruntled holders will call on Asic and bleat why didn't any one warn us...ten they'll turn on each other ..seen it all before, and been part of it before...((not with those stocks mentioned but an old Goldie KBL what a disaster) ..never again.
