tinhopper, property investing is like a cult... you have to believe that property NEVER goes down, and it always doubles every 7 years....
afta all 'ya can't go wrong on bricks n mortar mate'....
anyone who tries to put a contrarian view that property in aust is grossly overvalued is shouted down, hounded etc
there are good times to invest in property...that was 7 years ago, the world is a different place...like the economist magazine said...the GREATEST asset bubble in history
