ASX is the hand that feeds them, hence, imo ASX put them to the task to early engagement and raise a class action for bad publicity against ISX. NOT one SHAREHOLDER signed up. I called for a class action against OM/ASX/ASIC. And surprise surprise equally they said it's still to early to tell..!.. I did brief Gadens Glenn McGowan QC informing him that he would not have any issue to sign-up 10,000 plus ISX Shareholders if the class-action is against ASX/OM/ASIC.
