well that would depend on what class of property your talking about ie:large tracts of land close to capital citys bought cheaply and large tracts of residential land also purchased very cheaply.
these types of well timed investments have not reached their true potential $$$$ wise until they are carved up.
australia's the place people want to bring their families up in, people are dying to come and live here...literaly!!
