    Obviously this is not investment advice, but I have sold some of my residential property to take advantage of opportunities that I believe will soon be in our midst. I intend to buy a large hoard of silver shortly, at my target price of AU$12/oz, around $420/kg. As for stocks, I'm primarily short BHP, also a couple others.
