BET ($1B market cap company) buys AND adds $4B asset by paying $1B Cash and giving $3B worth of shares.
That just means means BET is now a $5B company where TAH shareholders own $3B worth via shares. How does it change the value for existing shareholders other than the SOI. TAH devalues by ~$4B because they lose as an asset from their books and their shareholders get BET shares to make up the difference.
