It will be interesting to see what they lay out as the longer term strategy with the next set of results. As far as I can tell, the Mocka earnout should be fundable from cashflows. They've clearly onboarded a very large number of staff, particulary in ecommerce/omni/IT and marketing this last FY which is an investment in future growth and they've got a strong strategy of online, opening up adjacencies, upsizing, broadening Mocka and NZ that probably still has a number of years to run with 10-20% revenue growth pa possible.
