$3 billion in shares does not grow on trees. This is a dilution of capital. A $1 billion company cannot just make $3 billion out of thin air. There is a trade-off here you don't understand, and it's equal to the issuance of new shares at a VWAP to 10 days at the mind boggling figure of $3 billion

Not sure if I can be any more clear or holders are just praying and can't read nor understand the consequences of this transaction
