yep, i can see why they move up ere....cost of livin is cheap, roads are uncongested, no death taxes.....oh, sorry, i just remembered we are talkin about now and not the 70's!!!!!
the place has gone to the dogs up here, too many latte sippers n socialists from trendified syd and melbourne, and new australians of course....
still, maybe one of em will buy me block in byron for 15 million soon.....a fair price considering i payed 8 quid 50 years back
