Peter Cook commenced his role with the company on 5 December 2005, therefore, your 2005 facts mentioned in your post which contained the above paragraph is totally irrelevant to the 'Cooked Modus Operandi'. But hey dont let facts get in the way of a good management bashing session hey?
In actual fact it was former CEO Peter Molloy that reward management three times in 2005. He is no longer running the company should you not commend the board for this change?
