Someone made a statement that shareholders had not been rewarded. If they make a profit out of a share that does not pay a dividend that is reward. Prey tell how you get reward from holding a share in a company that does not pay a dividend. Keeping in mind reward only comes tangible when you sell. Please tell. Those that continue to hold choose the time when they sell to tkae their reward.

Re options

You keep bringing up Peter Cook re the options. He did not come up with the Employee Incentive Option Plan. The board approved this method of reward. The Remuneration Committee would approve any increase or value of the incentive - again a board issue not PC. Re the voting down and PC receiving the options. Again this is a board decision, but you still want to 'Management Bash' Cook.
