Thats for a company that is potentially sitting on an amount of gas+oil (according to the prospective resource report and all the Mobil data) that would make it instantly worth over $1Billion. Thats a fact.
IMO The only reason the SP is this low is due to the sovereign risks, being Zimbabwe, and the fact that the PSA is yet to be signed.
Without the PSA the company is drilling nothing, and is not even an explorer, but a dreamer.
I think as these milestones are hit (mainly PSA) and as the project derisks further, the SP will re-rate much higher.
Because I'm sure if this was any other play, the SP would likely be sitting much higher already
