Looking at the top 20 shareholders the most likely holder who has been the seller and suppressed the share price is Saracen. They held just under 7 million shares 11 months ago.
Interesting that the sell off hasn't had an aggressive buyer on the other side if the ultimate plan was to obtain the ground at the lowest cost, given the proximity of the neighbours and past relationship
