We do get paid well but not enough in my view for what we do.

This will give you some idea of how dificult it can be down there. This is in the Caspian sea In 170mtrs of water doing a 40 inch tie-in to a manifold. Just a day at the office. 6 hours on the seabed with no smoko or lunch.
