I want AVR to have
- fully fund tavr trial, ie$100m in the bank
- a letter from the FDA saying they will approve theupcoming tavr trial as well as well as full approval of the device before we spent any more funds on R&D.
- LOI from Medtronic or Edwards (one will do) that they will take over AVR at $200 per share (200 pips in old money) once said trials results and the device are passed by FDA.
- market cap to remain at $60m so I can load up and take advantage of the certainty provided above.
until all this happens I won't be satisfied, but will continue to hold.
