You're an intelligent person & must have some business experience - if you contribute here & respond to a post that depends from a post I've made (such as Post #: 53578126) I do expect you to provide as realistic and reasoned a view/ perspective as you're capable of. That's so that I can appreciate and respond to your reasoning & our discussion can go forward.

But when you simply dismiss as "chip wrapper" the formally executed Collaboration & License contract expensively made by two billion-dollar companies subject to legally enforceable conditions precedent and subsequent, I don't think you're doing anything like that.

So, I'm responding to your dismissive comment - seemingly done for effect - with an analogy regarding intangible asset value that I feel you can personally appreciate. It's got nothing to do with thoughts of 'exiling' you. That notion must come from your own very fertile mind.

If you'd care to provide details of why you see the Novartis AG contract (disclosed by Mesoblast Ltd as a material contract) as a "chip wrapper", & contribute to the conversation, I will certainly read your post.
