It must be the case that Beth Kaplan and Axcel Partners wanted Porat out, over his objection. The votes for and against seem to match up with their respective controlling interests.

They then bring in this big wig, Gilead Sher and another associate.

Is there not a significant risk that Porat, now aggrieved by his forced removal, would sell down considerably?

Ultimately I would prefer this Sher in over Porat. Sher seems to be well connected.
