Have a read of MMX statement where they blame past mngt.
This is the past mngt that MMX is relying on for their defence.
Basically MMX mngt on the Koh and Evans matter have made a number of misleading statements and now by settling have confirmed that the claim had legs.
Now the question is do they want to go to court and rely on Grimaldi and Barnes as their defence in the main case.
If I was a MMX holder I would be worried if this is the best they can do. I think the judge may be laughing but it will be about the lies and cover ups these two shady characters come up with. Barnes up on ASIC charges and Grimaldi in court against ATO
