It just confirms that CNP / CER is on the right track. Not spectacular, but steady.

I am not worried about CER's survival, just about what some traders do to its sp. If only the majority of traders / investors would have some faith in CER than sp would be in the 30 c, trading at half of the NTA, not of 1 / 7.
But I should not complain, some other REITs trading currently just at 1 / 10 of their NTA ( MDT ).

Lets hope that we can see a better sp after the FY ann. at the end of August this year.
