Vic was aware of community case 1 very early as far as best opportunity to respond.
The response to that knowledge and threat falls entirely a Vic Governments contact tracing and restriction decision making team.
So how did they go?
I think they have gone ok but acted too late completely missing the opportunity to nail it down when they knew of case 1 on the 11th of May.
