Maybe. But if they can get their SP up and about , they may not need to do that straight away , or indeed anytime soon. And the extra ' Liquidity ' in your capital structure can actually work in your favor when things are going well and seemingly one way direction of up and UP.
Besides , I reckon 1:15 's seem to be more in vogue at the present moment. Especially for stocks with similar SOI.
