actually i think otherwise. these buildings were bought at the peak in 2006 so if they manage to sell break even in this market is a good thing in my book.
Martin place is the worry as it is valued ~475-500mil last yr and offers are in low 400 and MOF got their 50% share in 2002 for 200mil already. Now that is a big discount.
