nice find cougar - BUT........

the maersk responder being replaced is a monster compared to anything neptune own (or not report to own - see pegasus thread). sure they could gain a lease on a suitable boat too, but considering the vessels around currently that could arrive off gippsland in time, and the overseas groups pouring into australian waters currently, it should be considered a longshot. but longshots do come in too.

i wonder how much more work is to be done, time wise.
