    good question. Simple answer.
    there are 3 options:
    (1) keep investment community informed via 1 credible source online (GT);
    (2) not inform us in any way;
    (3) issue announcements each step of the process like they did with DEFF process.

    I am not sure official Anns about how documents make their way to the committee or how safety check was required make sense.

    also the precedent is both EA grants (by DEFF and DMR) were spot on in terms of GTs posts.
